Taylor’s Story
I'm Taylor, the founder and instructor behind The Mindful Mvmnt. I’m passionate about helping others find balance and peace through the transformative combination of Yoga, water wellness, and mindfulness.
My journey started with a deep love for the ocean and Yoga, which led me to the island of O'ahu, Hawai'i, over a decade ago. Being immersed in the beauty of nature and the importance of sustainability, I became an advocate for both the planet and the people who call it home. Now, as a full-time traveler, I work wherever I am needed, sharing my love for Yoga, hosting retreats, and collaborating with like-minded souls around the world.
Alongside my work, my studies in psychology and mental health have played a vital role in shaping my mission. I am dedicated to supporting both women and men in their self-love journeys, helping them rediscover their worth and find peace through mindful movement, Yoga, and meditation. My work goes beyond personal healing—it's about building community, empowering others, and fostering a supportive environment where we can all grow together.

Taylor’s Vision
My vision is to create a space where everyone feels welcomed to explore the transformative power of Yoga, meditation, and the ocean. In the short term, I’m focused on growing a community that values mental health, self-love, and mindfulness. Whether you're a beginner, a curious soul, or someone looking to deepen your practice, I want to offer a space for personal growth and healing. Long-term, my goal is to build a retreat center that not only hosts my own workshops and retreats but also supports others in hosting their own, creating a space for connection, empowerment, and change. I believe in the power of water, Yoga, and self-love to bring about lasting transformation, and I can’t wait to share this journey with you
The Mission
The Mindful Mvmnt is dedicated to creating spaces of support, healing, and connection through wellness retreats, community collaborations like cleanups, and mental health-focused events. We believe that transformation begins with small, mindful movements rooted in self-love and community. Our mission is to empower individuals to reconnect with themselves, embrace their worth, and cultivate a life of mindfulness, peace, and resilience. Through Yoga, water therapy, meditation, and self-reflection, we guide people on their journeys to wellness, helping them step into their full potential with compassion and confidence
Credenetials
Taylor has been a student of Yoga and a mental health advocate for the last 10 years. She began her teaching journey at Yogaloha in Honolulu in 2016, completing her 200hr YTT and her 300hr YTT in Rishikesh, India in 2024.
What started as a couple of classes at the yoga studio 7 years ago, emerged into several classes across Waikiki Beach hotels, expanded to online courses, and has blossomed into sharing her style of self-love yoga through multiple platforms and environments across the globe.
