7 Days/ 6 Nights in Honduras

A Week at The Cay House

Join Liz & Taylor in Honduras from May 31 to June 6 for a unique week of water wellness on the serene island of Utila. Welcome to your retreat oasis on a private cay, where each sunrise unfolds from a wrap-around porch, and the Caribbean’s gentle rhythm invites you to relax and reconnect. This week-long retreat combines yoga, ocean exploration, and scuba diving, designed to harmonize mind, body, and spirit with the water’s flow.

This 5-bedroom, 4-bath sanctuary offers everything you need for renewal—morning yoga by the water, snorkeling with vibrant marine life, and thrilling dives to explore Utila’s stunning coral reefs. Spend afternoons in one of the world’s largest sensory deprivation tanks and end your day with panoramic ocean views from the porch. This retreat is the perfect escape to deepen your yoga practice, experience the wonders of scuba diving, and fully immerse yourself in the beauty of nature.

Meet Your Hosts

  • Liz is a traveling yoga instructor and underwater photographer with a deep love for the ocean. Her journey has taken her around the world, and along the way she has cultivated an appreciation for different cultures, values, and ways of living. Liz hopes to share those experiences with her community by hosting one-of-a-kind retreats in the special places she's explored.

Liz started teaching yoga in 2017 in Thailand, and has gone on to teach in Denver, Honolulu, Honduras, Malaysia, and at Same Same but Different Festival in Southern California. In 2021, she created Island Vibes Yoga as an inclusive space for people to come together and connect through the practice of yoga.

Whether on the mat or beneath the waves, Liz believe in the power of connection – to ourselves, each other, and the world around us.

  • Taylor’s teaching journey began in 2018 and completing her 500-hour certification in India, she specializes in a range of yoga styles with a focus on self-love and mindfulness. With just as many years of experience in scuba diving, Taylor has discovered the profound connection between the calm of yoga and the beauty of the ocean. Over the years, she’s traveled to places like India, Egypt, and beyond, hosting retreats and workshops that inspire connection and inner peace. Her retreats bring together these worlds, offering a unique space for exploration, mindfulness, and growth—whether in a studio or beneath the waves.

Join her for a journey that blends yoga, diving, and the serenity of ocean.
